Ingredients: beef, natural flavour (salt, glucose, sugar, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, spices, powdered garlic, flavour intensifier: sodium glutamate, vegetable fat, natural flavouring agents, acidity regulators (lactic acid, calcium lactate), antioxidant: sodium hydrocarbonate), curing and nitrite mixture (edible salt, colour fixative: sodium nitrite). Smoking with sawdust.

Shelf life: 8 months when storing at below 25°C and relative air humidity of no more than 78%. Salts may form on the product surface, this is normal for this product.
